1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator of the ЗБП · Staff-free gym website: YATT «KODENKO NIKITA STANISLAVOVICH» («inside fit»), head Nikita Stanislavovich Kodenko, individual entrepreneur certificate No. 1322176, address: 8 Moshtabib Street, Tashkent, website insidefit.uz. Contact on data matters: kodenko@fitbase.io, +998 33 444-00-74.
2. What data we receive
- From request forms: name, phone, who you are (developer, investor, premises owner), the package and equipment class of interest, address or residential complex, comment.
- From the calculator, if you sent a request from its page: the figures entered and the calculation results.
- Technical request data: page, language, country, ad campaign tags (UTM), IP address for spam protection.
- Settings in your browser: the selected country, language and currency (localStorage and the zbp_m cookie). They are not sent to us and are not linked to the request.
- Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica visit counters, when connected: anonymized visit data.
3. Why
To contact you about your request, calculate the gym and prepare an offer. The data is not used for mailings without your consent and is not sold.
4. Where it is stored and who sees it
The request is stored on the operator's server in Uzbekistan (the hosting of the insidefit.uz website) and forwarded to the managers' work chat in Telegram. The website runs through the Cloudflare network: it delivers the request to the operator's server and checks it for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile, terms: Turnstile Privacy Addendum), but does not store the request itself. Only the staff who handle requests have access to them.
5. How long we keep it
While your request is being handled and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete the data earlier.
6. Your rights
You can find out what data about you is stored, correct it, withdraw consent and ask for deletion. Write to kodenko@fitbase.io or on Telegram at @fitbase_ca, and we will reply within 10 business days.
7. Consent
By submitting a form on the website, you consent to the processing of the data provided for the purposes in section 3 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
