Cleaning and equipment servicing are done on schedule by contractors. In the Turnkey + management package we organize cleaning and supplies, while the gym pays the costs themselves separately, as incurred.

Through the FitBase app: after buying a subscription, the “Enter the gym” button on the home screen opens the door. Backup methods on the intercom panel: PIN, Mifare card, BLE and NFC.

The door opens only for members with an active subscription or a single-visit pass, for a booked slot. Cameras are part of the access kit. The owner sets the access rules, who the door opens for and when, in the app.

Technology: a one-off launch from 13,100,000 UZS and FitBase from 1,120,000 UZS per month. Turnkey for a 120 m² gym: Economy from 1.118B UZS, Standard from 1.147B UZS, Premium from 1.176B UZS. A site visit and premises assessment from 1,300,000 UZS, credited toward the package.

Impulse equipment is delivered on average 90 days after payment, with delivery and installation included. Together with renovation, the gym opens no earlier than the 4th month after the equipment is paid for.

The rule is 1 person per 10 m²: a 120 m² gym holds 12 people. The schedule in the app keeps the limit itself through slot booking.

It is the equipment class in the estimate: brand, product line and materials. It changes the investment in the Turnkey packages, not the scope of services.

Month by month over 120 months: in months 1 and 2 as many members as you enter, from month 3 the target base. Monthly cash flow equals revenue minus rent and other costs. The period is calculated with discounting at your rate and without it.

Yes. In the calculator, choose the “Ready premises” condition: renovation is not counted, and the investment equals the equipment amount. The calculator counts light (cosmetic) renovation at 1,500,000 UZS per m² and full renovation from a bare shell at 3,616,770 UZS ($300) per m². If you take on equipment and renovation yourself, the Technology package fits.

No. We do not promise guaranteed income or annual interest. A gym earns as much as the members it attracts and keeps, which is why we check the premises first and calculate the gym on your figures.

A partnership: we share the investment, risks and profit by agreement. Terms depend on the premises, the neighborhood and the scope of work, and are discussed on request.

The Turnkey + management package: the Turnkey price plus 12% of gym revenue, at least 6,000,000 UZS per month. Gym running costs (cleaning, consumables, equipment servicing, ad budget) are paid separately, as incurred.
