The three packages differ in scope of work: from technology for your gym to a turnkey launch with management. Prices are starting prices for a 120 m² gym; we calculate the exact amount after a site visit.
Premises, renovation and equipment are on your side.
Price for a 120 m² gym. The equipment class changes the amount, not the scope of work.
Gym running costs (cleaning, consumables, equipment servicing, ad budget) are paid by the gym separately, as incurred.
Economy, Standard and Premium are the brand, product line and materials in the estimate, not a pricing tier. The class changes the investment in the Turnkey and Turnkey + management packages, not the scope of services.

Terms depend on the premises, the neighborhood and the scope of work, so they are discussed individually. We do not promise guaranteed income: the gym earns as much as the members it attracts, and risks are shared along with profit.
