Premises requirements
A staff-free gym lives off the residents around it. That is why we check the location and premises first, and only then sign the lease and invest.

of air for each person training: we size ventilation from capacityCheck before signing a lease
- Signage. Can you put up a sign and sidewalk boards: residential complex rules can be stricter than city rules.
- Elevators. Is there advertising in the elevators, and are outside advertisers allowed.
- Ventilation. Where the ventilation exhausts, and whether it is enough for 80 m³/h per person.
- Power. Is the allocated electrical capacity enough for cardio machines and air conditioners.
- Orientation. Sun-facing panoramic windows need film and extra air conditioning.
The order of steps: first check what you can place, then sign the lease. Not the other way around.
What works instead of ads
- Panoramic ground-floor windows: the gym shows itself
- An illuminated sign visible through the windows in the evening
- QR code stands along pedestrian routes
- Chats of nearby residential complexes
